Run Down Streetcar...
This is a political cartoon by Cleveland Memory published in January 1948 depicting Blanches' character through the literal image of a streetcar. The way it's broken down yet still holding a wavy "female" shape. The dialog given off by the streetcar is in some way what Blanches' character would do.
